What You Need to Know About Magnesium

Why You Use Topical Magnesium and For What Purpose!

Magnesium

It wasn’t until I completed an in-depth study of this amazing mineral ‘Magnesium’ did I  understand how to consume it to receive the incredible benefits.

So,... what I found was Magnesium can be difficult to digest and assimilate when taken orally!

Wow! ... This was something I didn’t realise prior to studying it, and the reason for this is,.... if your gut flora is out of balance in any way, your body will not fully assimilate whatever amount of Magnesium you’re consuming.

And guess what!.....  As a Natural Practitioner of many years, I have not come across ONE single person with perfect gut flora,..... another Wow!

So what does this mean for you,..... well luckily there is another way of consuming this magic mineral, whereby you can deliver into your system exactly what you need, by applying your Magnesium topically.

Your skin is an incredible organ and will absorb whatever you apply to it, which is why the old-fashioned nicotine patches worked so well on those who were trying to give up cigarettes. It’s really a no-brainer.

I have created two different forms of Topical Magnesium so everyone can benefit from this essential mineral.

The first topical Magnesium I created, is our ‘B.F. (Body Food) 100% Magnesium Oil’

This product is delightful and delivers exactly what it says it does. I have found it to be very well suited to males,  due to it being more of an oily type product and applies easily onto unshaven, hairy skin, whereas females often shave their legs, etc.... and this will cause the Magnesium Oil to sting the skin more severely, due to a few layers of the skin having been removed during the shaving process. Also, any broken skin or wound will sting more severely.

* Taking note that any type of topical Magnesium Oil can and does sting a little.

My second creation of topical Magnesium is our ‘B.F. Hydrating Magnesium Lotion’.

This product is my favourite as it also acts as an amazing skin moisturiser, it’s just divine on my legs and arms, in fact, it can be applied almost anywhere. This product contains 50% Magnesium, but because it’s a  Moisturising Lotion as well, you generally apply more ending up with the same quantity of Magnesium content as you would if you used the 100% Magnesium Oil.

I have received all sorts of interesting information from others about different issues they have used the ‘B.F. Hydrating Magnesium Lotion’  for which I will share in my future blogs and posts.

Okay,.... So what is Magnesium good for???

I will list them all in alphabetical order as each one is as equally important as the other:-

Okay,..... Some more random info.....

Did you know there’s supposed to be approx 25 grams of Magnesium in your body at any one given time, with up to 60% being stored in your skeletal system, while the rest is needed in muscles, soft tissue, blood, and other fluids?

Did you know....

★  Any type of STRESS (emotional, physical, mental) will deplete your Magnesium rapidly?
★  Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in your body?
★  When taken with Vitamin B6 women report relief from leg cramps, insomnia, and weight gain?
★  One of Magnesium’s main roles is acting as a co-factor or ‘helper molecule’ in the biochemical reactions continuously performed by enzymes?
★  It is involved in more than 600 reactions in your body?

Wow! And Wow again!!!
